Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to Ops-Pulse, operated by Aavishkar Technologies Private Limited. It covers the paid Ops-Pulse membership, which gives access to the daily operational brief and the Ops-Pulse mobile app.

1.What the membership is

The membership is a prepaid term, not a subscription that bills you again. When the 90 days end, access simply stops. You are never charged automatically, and you choose whether to pay again.

2.Refunds

All payments are final. Once a membership payment is confirmed we do not offer refunds, cancellations or exchanges, in whole or in part, except where the law requires otherwise.

This applies including but not limited to:

• Deciding after paying that Ops-Pulse is not useful for your operation
• Not opening or reading the brief during your term
• Changing role, employer or requirements during your term
• Any part of a term left unused when you stop using the service

We take this position because the free trial exists precisely so that this decision is made before money changes hands. The trial covers the same brief and the same app that a paying member receives. Nothing is held back from it.

3.Cancellation

There is nothing to cancel. Ops-Pulse does not auto-renew and does not store a payment mandate, so no further amount is ever taken from you without a fresh, deliberate payment. If you simply do nothing at the end of your 90 days, your access ends and you are charged nothing.

You may stop using Ops-Pulse at any time. Doing so does not entitle you to a refund of any payment already made, and your access continues until the end of the term you paid for.

4.Billing errors and duplicate charges

This policy does not cover genuine billing errors. If you have been charged more than once for the same term, charged an amount other than the published price, or charged without receiving access, that is a mistake on our side and we will correct it. Write to hello@ops-pulse.in with the Razorpay payment ID from your receipt email and we will investigate and refund the erroneous amount where it is confirmed.

Please raise billing errors with us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. It is faster for you, and we would rather fix it directly.

5.Interruptions to the service

Ops-Pulse aggregates public and third-party sources. Individual sources can change, fail or be retired, and the composition of any given brief varies day to day. Normal variation in the content of the brief, and short interruptions to delivery, are not grounds for a refund.

If we are unable to deliver the service for an extended and continuous period during a paid term, write to us. We may, entirely at our discretion, extend the term or issue a partial credit. This is a discretionary remedy and is not a right to a refund.

6.Failed and pending payments

If a payment fails, no membership is created and no amount is retained by us. Where your bank has debited an amount for a failed transaction, it is typically reversed by the payment provider within 5 to 7 working days. If it has not been reversed after that, contact us with the payment reference and we will follow it up with Razorpay.

7.Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under applicable Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Where the law requires a refund, the law prevails over this policy.

8.Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The version in force is the one published on this page on the date your payment is made, and later changes do not apply retrospectively to a term you have already paid for.
