Privacy Policy

Last updated: 9 September 2026

Ops-Pulse is operated by Aavishkar Technologies Private Limited ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains, in plain language, exactly what information we hold, why we hold it, and who else touches it. It covers the ops-pulse.in website, the daily operational brief, and the Ops-Pulse mobile app.

In short: we collect the minimum needed to write your brief and send it to you. That is your email address, your name, your organisation, your designation and the preferences you select during onboarding. Nothing else about you is collected. We store no payment information whatsoever. No card number ever reaches our servers. We set no tracking cookies, run no analytics or advertising pixels, and we never sell, rent or trade your data.

1.What we collect

Everything below is information you type into the onboarding form yourself, or that follows directly from delivering the service to you. There is no hidden collection.

Your account

Your brief preferences

These are the selections you make during onboarding. They are the whole basis on which the brief is filtered and ranked for you:

Service and delivery records

2.What we do not collect

To be explicit, because this is the part that matters most:

3.Payments: we store nothing

Payment details are never entered on Ops-Pulse and never touch our servers. When you choose to become a paying member, we send you to a payment page hosted and operated by Razorpay, a PCI DSS compliant payment provider. You enter your card or UPI details there, on Razorpay's own systems, under Razorpay's own privacy policy. We have no visibility into that page and no ability to capture what you type into it.

What comes back to us afterwards is a confirmation record only:

We do receive and storeThe Razorpay payment ID (it begins with pay_), the amount, the date, and the fact that your membership is now active until a given date. This is our accounting and access record, and it is what lets us find your transaction if you write to us about it.
We never receive or storeYour card number, cardholder name, expiry date, CVV, UPI ID PIN, net banking credentials, or bank account number. None of it exists anywhere in our systems.

There is also nothing recurring to store. The Ops-Pulse membership is a one time prepaid term, not a subscription. We hold no payment mandate, no saved instrument and no auto renewal against your name, so no amount can ever be taken from you without a fresh, deliberate payment that you initiate. This is set out in full in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

4.Why we collect it

Each item above exists for a specific, stated purpose, and we do not repurpose data for anything else:

5.Who we share it with

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone for their own purposes. We do rely on a small number of infrastructure providers to run Ops-Pulse. Each processes data only on our instruction, only to provide their service, and under their own privacy commitments:

SupabaseDatabase and authentication. Holds your account record and preferences.
ResendEmail delivery. Receives your email address and the brief being sent to you.
RazorpayPayment processing. Handles payment details directly, which we never see.
AnthropicThe Claude model that writes the brief. Receives your first name, industry and selected states so the brief can be written for your operation. Your email address, organisation, password and payment records are never sent to it.
Vercel and RailwayHosting for the website and the backend.
ApplePush notification delivery to the iOS app, if you enable notifications.

The only other circumstance in which we would disclose information is where we are required to by Indian law, or by a valid order of a court or authority with jurisdiction over us.

6.Cookies and tracking

We run no analytics and no advertising technology on this site. There is no Google Analytics, no tag manager, no advertising or social media pixel, no session recording, and no cross site or cross device tracking. We do not build behavioural profiles and we do not retarget you anywhere.

The only thing Ops-Pulse stores in your browser is a single sign in token, kept in your browser's local storage under the key ops_pulse_token, which is what keeps you logged in between visits. It is strictly functional. Clearing your browser data removes it and signs you out.

Our emails do not embed tracking pixels to record whether you opened them. Delivery and bounce information reported by our email provider is the only signal we act on, and we act on it solely to stop sending to addresses that are failing.

7.How long we keep it

We keep your account information for as long as your account exists. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your profile, your preferences, your read history and your push token.

Two exceptions survive deletion, both narrow. We retain the record of any payment transaction, meaning the reference, amount and date but never any payment instrument detail, for as long as Indian tax and companies law requires us to keep books of account. We may also retain a minimal suppression record of an unsubscribed email address, for the sole purpose of making sure we do not email you again.

8.How we protect it

Traffic to and from ops-pulse.in and the app is encrypted in transit over HTTPS. Data at rest sits with our infrastructure providers under their own encryption and access controls. Passwords are stored only as bcrypt hashes, never in a readable form. Access to production data is limited to those who need it to operate the service.

No system can promise absolute security, and we will not pretend otherwise. What we can say is that the most sensitive category of data, your payment details, is simply not in our possession to lose.

9.Your rights and choices

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable Indian law, you may ask us to:

You can change your preferences yourself at any time from your account. For anything else, email hello@ops-pulse.in from the address on your account and we will action it. If you are unhappy with how we have handled a request, you may raise it with the Data Protection Board of India.

10.Children

Ops-Pulse is a business tool intended for working professionals. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us data, write to us and we will remove it.

11.Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects what we collect or who we share it with, we will tell existing members by email rather than relying on you to notice.

12.Contact
